Everything you need to know about setting up your digital disposable camera.
Nope! Guests just scan the QR code with their default camera app, and the camera opens instantly in their phone browser. No app store downloads, no sign-ups, no friction.
Each scan grants the guest exactly 5 shots. When they take a photo, it is uploaded in real time. Once they use all 5 shots, their camera locks. This keeps guests present in the moment and makes every shot intentional, just like a classic disposable camera.
Yes, but only if you have remaining credits in your event pool! Each scan consumes exactly 1 credit from your balance. If you want guests to take more photos, they can scan the QR code again.
Photos are stored safely in your private gallery for 90 days. During this window, you can download all high-res photos in one click and place an order for a custom printed album. We never delete them before the 90-day window.
Absolutely. As the host, you have full moderation control. You can delete any unwanted or duplicate photos instantly from your dashboard before sharing the live gallery slideshow.
You set your event start and end times from your dashboard. Your event can run for a few hours, a few days, or longer depending on what you need. Once your event ends, guests can no longer take photos.
After your event, you have 90 days to order a custom printed photo album. You select your favorite photos from your gallery, review the layout, and we print and deliver it to your door. High-quality 200gsm gloss paper.
If credits run out during your event, guests will see a friendly "Event full" message. As the host, you can top up your credits instantly from your dashboard and the QR code will immediately start working again.
Once your event ends, all your photos move to the Recent Events section of your dashboard. From there you can view, delete, run a slideshow, or download everything as a zip file. Printed album ordering will also be available from this section.
Credits stay active in your account until you launch your event. Once your event ends, your photos are stored securely for 90 days. You can top up credits anytime during your event if you need more.
No, credits are tied to a single event. Chuphin supports one event at a time per account. Once your current event ends, you can create a new one and purchase a fresh credit pack. You can customise your event start and end times from your dashboard to make sure your event window covers exactly the time you need and no credits go to waste.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. There are no recurring fees or subscription requirements. International customers can pay with any major credit or debit card. Your bank will handle the currency conversion at their standard rate.
If no credits have been used during your event, we can issue a full refund. Simply email us at support@chuphin.com within 30 days of your event end date. Once any credits have been used, refunds are not available. We recommend starting with a smaller pack and topping up during your event if needed.
