Do credits expire?
Never. You can buy your credit packs months in advance of your wedding or birthday, and they will stay active in your account until you decide to launch the event.
Can I use credits across multiple events?
No, credit packs are tied to a single event instance. If you run multiple distinct events, you will need to buy separate packs for each. However, you can choose when to start and stop the event.
What currency are prices in?
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any GST. There are no recurring fees or subscription requirements.
Can I get a refund if I don't use all credits?
Because we allocate server capacity and generate unique assets for your event upon setup, we do not offer refunds on unused credits. We recommend starting with a smaller pack and purchasing discounted mid-event top-ups if needed.
